HPM Series PM2.5 Particle Matter Sensor, standard size, UART output.

The Honeywell HPM family of particle matter sensors are laser sensors that detect and count particles using light scattering. The detection concentration ranges from 0 µg/m3 to 1,000 µg/m3. A laser light source illuminates particles that are pulled into the detection chamber. The particles pass through a laser beam, the particles reflect light and record it to an image or a light detector. The beams are then analysed and converted into electronic signals to calculate particle concentrations. Honeywell Particle sensors provide information about particle concentrations within a given particle concentration range.
